SMS alert feature added to Client's area

Since the launch of the Client's area nine months ago the most requested feature was by far the ability to receive SMS alerts when a support ticket was progressed. Today we are happy to announce the feature has gone live, and in the few hours since launch it has a 100% take-up rate.

Please remember to add your mobile number here before using it.

For the interested among you, since going live last June the Client's area now handles over 14% of all of our support correspondence (and rising) and 30 of our clients are believed to use it exclusively. To see what the fuss is about log in via the tool on the right, or see this page for help.
