25 NOV 2009 16:58:21Following on from the news story the other day, a new feature has just been implemented allowing users to attach screenshots etc. to their support ticket, and the contents of your action are now sent to your email inbox when you click post (I know a few of you had asked for that).
When using the clients area or contacting us for support, always make sure that noreply@tmsinsight.com is not being sent to your spam folder.
