Also FYI further updates will be published separately rather than simply replacing the download file (these were quick patches to fix minor issues).

08 OCT 2010 09:11:37Hi Anthony. Nope, Comms 6 isn't PTS related, it's the comms package for some of our other software. If you have a PTS support contract you won't see Comms 6 in the downloads section.
But to answer your question I don't think the comms software changed that much between PTS3 & PTS4 so it may not be strictly necessary to update that part of the system, but as with everything else it never hurts to have the latest version of the software and it should definitely be the first thing you do if you encounter problems with the existing version.
