So, how does it work?

Staff "book in" prescriptions using a simple intranet page, entering patient details and prescription type.
A prescription barcode and a patient ticket number (if applicable) are automatically printed.

Staff record "activities", such as Clinical Check, Label Production, Dispense, etc., using the prescription barcode to track progress.
PTS uses this data to provide real-time updates on the prescription's status and estimated completion time.

Outpatients are notified via LCD screen or SMS when their prescription is ready.
