Who are TMS Insight?

Our History

Currently based in Dudley, UK, Telford Management Services (TMS) was founded in 1970 in Shropshire, UK. initially focusing on contract work study engineers. In the early 1990s, TMS innovated with electronic data capture, introducing Tel-TIME.

In 2004, the company underwent a demerger after a management buyout, as the company founder retired in 1999. This led to the formation of two separate companies: a training and consultancy company and the birth of TMS Insight (Data Capture) Limited.

With a wealth of experience spanning 50 years and celebrating our own 20-year anniversary in 2024, TMS continues to build on its IT heritage, evolving products while maintaining a commitment to excellence.
