Privacy Policy

TMSi DC does not collect or use personal data from this app for its own purposes.

The app synchronises delivery information with the Prescription Tracking System (PTS) used by your organisation. Depending on your organisation's configuration, PTS may be hosted locally by your organisation or provided as a hosted cloud service by TMSi DC.

Where TMSi DC hosts PTS, data is processed and stored on behalf of your organisation as part of providing the PTS service.

Camera

The app uses your device's camera to scan barcodes and QR delivery codes. Camera images are used only for scanning and are not stored or transmitted.

Location

The app uses your device's location to check that you are sufficiently close to the delivery destination before allowing a delivery to be completed.

The delivery address and destination coordinates are obtained from information already held in PTS and synchronised to the app. The app does not capture the delivery address from your device.

Your current location is used on the device to perform the distance check and is not stored in PTS.

Where an address is available, the app may also provide a link to Google Maps for navigation. If you choose to use Google Maps, your use of location information by Google is subject to Google's privacy policy.
