EPMA Integration / Whiteboards

Patient Self-Registration

Developed in conjunction with Whittington Health NHS Trust for their outpatient pharmacy. The PSR Module is a bolt-on to our PTS software and supports your pharmacy staff in managing patient flow from pre-arrival to dispensed prescriptions. This enables your staff to concentrate on delivering the best patient care while minimising waiting times for prescribed medications.

Patients now have the convenience of booking their prescriptions at dedicated kiosks located throughout the hospital, with a customisable kiosk interface to capture any additional questions.

It’s no secret that space in pharmacies is limited, so it's essential to maximise every inch. The PSR module establishes a virtual queue, and once a prescription is booked, your patient receives a text message with their ticket details. Optional text notifications can also be sent when their prescription is ready for collection. This allows your patients to wait wherever they prefer, whether they want to grab a coffee or escape the hustle and bustle of a busy pharmacy until their prescription is ready.
